Low Carb High Fat - Meatza This is a great tasting pizza alternative for people on a low carb - high fat diet. It tastes amazing and is super easy to make. I adapted this recipe after looking through a few different ones on different blogs and recipe sites. I like simple and quick because I don't always have a lot of time to spend in the kitchen and usually when I'm hungry I want food ASAP, so the quicker the better. You will need: sweet italian pork sausage about 1 pound fresh grated parmesan cheese 1/2 cup 1 large egg Italian spice blend pizza sauce (without high fructose corn syrup and low carb) grated organic sharp cheddar cheese (or cheese topping of choice) green peppers black olives onion mushroom (and any other topping you choose to add) Crust: Preheat the oven to 375° F Mix the Italian sausage, egg and parmesan cheese together in a bowl, then spread thinly and evenly on a 13x9 cookie sheet or baking dish with edges to hold t
