PLANT BASED RECIPE / MY DAILY GO TO MEAL!
I Started eating plant based in the beginning of July 2020. I wanted to give it a try just to see what all the fuss was about, and I wanted to see if it would help with my eczema, inflammation and bloat I couldn't get rid of. I have a few friends who've been plant based and vegan and they looked healthy and happy!
I have always eaten a good diet, however meat was always my main source of calories. I would have 2 lean hamburger patties for lunch with the smallest side of veggies. Like I said meat was my focus, gotta get that protein in! LOL Well little did I know how many nutrients I was missing and that there was a better way to do things. I use to have to watch the scale daily and monitor how I felt, looked and hunger levels.
I had major issues with bloat and inflammation and I couldn't figure out how to get it to go away, that was my biggest struggle next to my eczema issues. This meal is my favorite, it's very simple has a wide variety of nutrient dense foods and I crave this dish! I hope you like it too.
